So I really don't know what to write about this week. Everyday seems like its the same and not a whole lot goes on here! ha But this week we started using only script in our grammar and i now know how to translate pretty decently which is pretty awesome considering its only been 3 weeks. For devotional last week Dallin H. Oaks came and spoke, it was really good, but i especially liked his wifes talk. She talked about how we all need to make sure we include and love everyone no matter how different they are and i thought that was a really important thing to recognize, as i'm sure i will run into/be companions with people that are very opposite me, but as long as i can learn to love them it will all work out!
This week we went to the TRC for the first time, that was fun, a little challenging b/c we weren't really able to prepare a lesson completely so that made it a little more difficult. But in a few weeks i know we will have the language down much better and be able to communicate with the volunteers a lot more!

This weekend is general conference so I'm super excited for that! (it gives us a break from teaching on saturday! ha) but it will be awesome! and then the week after for easter we were told that we are gong to have a big general authority come speak to us (maybe Thomas S. Monson???) But i am super excited for that! I'm almost positive it will be someone from the 1st presidency though!

I found out that there are 5 other sisters here from my freshman ward from my hall i lived in so that was really cool! it's always fun to see some familiar faces! 2 are going to russia, 1 to texas, 1 to France and one to the Ukraine i think, so pretty awesome!

But everything here just seems like a blurr! all the days just mesh together, half the time I can't remember what i just did b/c everything is just moving so fast and once we move on there's like no going back! Sometimes it's hard to keep up because of the amount of things they ask us to do but i am hanging in there for the most part. I think the hardest part it to try and prepare lessons for "investigators" and try and get the language down for the lesson. I feel like I would do a lot better if i could use the time in the lesson to just study language and get more basic vocab down rathter than trying to memorize a million sentences for our lesson, but i know there's a reason they have it set up like they do so i am just tyring to embrace it!

This week I really go to thinking about everything and i just realized how much God has prepared me for this mission and I know my call is truely inspired of God, b/c i can see all the ways that I have been prepared to go to Thailand which is really crazy to me! But I know that God makes no mistakes and has a plan set out for each of us! I know this is the true church and i am so greatful for this opportunity to learn more about it and be able to share it with others!

Well i think thats about it! everything is still going great! Im having a good time and focusing as much as possible! Me and my companion are getting along great and the people in my district are amazing! We are all getting along really well, and i think for the most part everyone is getting the language and working really hard so it's awesome!

Love you all and hope you're doing well!

Love, Sister Itri
